    Have you wondered how your instructors think of the choreography that they teach you in class? Have you ever thought of how they come up with some of your favorite steps and dramatic formation changes? It’s time to pull back the curtain on some of your teachers’ best kept secrets. This class will break down the process of choreography.    Each week, students will learn new combinations, focus on different elements of choreographing, and work together in making their own creations over the course of the month. Students will also get to hear from guest speakers (their other Moksha Arts teachers) about the process behind some of the pieces they have learned in the past. In the final class, students will have the opportunity to perform and present their creations to parents and the class.  Zoom link will be sent to all registered students.  Instructor: Pooja Desai

    REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, October, 29th   We are so excited to see our Moksha Arts family for one last time before we hit some cold weather! On Sunday, November 1st Moksha Arts will be conducting our last outdoor session. To celebrate Navratri, we will be offering a 30/45 min Family Garba session for all for FREE. So please join us for some much needed family fun.    This OPTIONAL opportunity will give families a chance to meet their dance teachers in person and also give the children a chance to learn the choreography live.    Location: Cedar Hill. Enter at 79th St and 5th Ave (SW Corner). Walk up the hill and classes will be conducted in the flat area where the rocks and road meet.    Moksha Arts requests the following for everyone's safety: - Masks required for all dancers and family members entering the dedicated dance space.  - We will separate all dancers on the lawn to ensure enough space is between each student. At that point, should the dancer (and their family) feel comfortable, they can remove the mask while they dance. Masks must be worn at all times except when dancing.  - Moksha Arts will manage social distancing while class is in session. However, it is the student and their parent/guardian's responsibility to manage safety protocols outside of the actual dance class time. Please help us keep everyone safe! Moksha Arts will not watch or be responsible for any child outside of their dedicated class time. Once they leave our dance space after their session is over, the student is the parent's responsibility.
